"The Falcon Medical Rescue Team was extremely professional & diligent from our initial correspondence. [The] team studied up on the details of the race and came prepared, knowing the layout and where to go. As the race Director, I cannot express how valuable this is during a chaotic time like race day. In addition to their preparedness, they handled matters on the racecourse effectively and efficiently. We had minor incidents arise and the team was extremely prompt to each situation. They also kept in constant contact with me, which was vital to ensure a smooth event. I hope to work with the team for each event that we host, as they bring peace of mind and the knowledge to take care of mass groups of people."
